getZvalues(estimationType, model, mapType, factor = 3, IndSelect = NULL)

Arguments

estimationType

(character) type of estimate

model

(list) model output

mapType

(character) type of map, either "Map" or "Time course"

factor

(numeric) factor applied to estimates

IndSelect

(character) select category in case of categorical model
